Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for original works of art

According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is generally a right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts, which also include online purchases. However, this right is expressly excluded if the goods are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs - this also includes original works of art.
